Of course the first thing I would write about after a couple of months no posting would be foundation! As you may know if you have read my blog before, I absolutely love foundations. It's definitely my favorite make up product and I love to try new ones all the time!

As you might have noticed I've kinda disappeared for the last three months. I was really annoyed with myself for stopping so suddenly as I enjoyed blogging so much. I was keeping up with my blog very well and I was being organized and putting a lot of effort into it. So what happened? You may ask. Well, life happened. As you all probably know sometimes life just gets in the way. Now things are starting to settle down a little bit I want to get back to blogging so I thought I would update you first with what's been happening.
The last time I blogged was April 2nd and I started my new job on April 4th. Since then I have been crazy busy! For those of you who might be interested, I now work for a medical assistance company. I'm a qualified nurse even though I hadn't work in the industry for over 8 years, so it was about time I went back to it. Although I'm not nursing I'm working in the field, which is amazing. I absolutely love what I'm doing.
I have also been taking driving lessons! Yes, at 29 years old I am now hoping to get my license at the end of the month!
And last but not least, Jac and I just bought our first home! It has been an emotional roller-coaster to say the least! We aimed to have the keys of our new home at the beginning of July (when our rented flat contract ended) but it's now August and we still haven't got the keys so we have had to move in with the in-laws in the meantime which meant I didn't have any room to take blog photos! As much as we both love being with the family we cannot wait to get the keys and start the next chapter of our lives in our own home!
So that's it!
That is what has been going on in my life recently. I have decided I'm not going to put so much pressure on myself to blog every other day so for now I'm going to stick with two posts a week.
I hope you guys forgive me for being absent for so long and enjoy the future blog posts!
PS, expect to see a lot of interior design/home posts!

I know I say this every month, but I really can't believe how quick March has come and gone! Of course I have had a couple of weeks off in between jobs (starting my new job on Monday!) so maybe that has speed up the month a little bit for me! My name is Hazzie Mahony and I'm a 20 year old Advertising, Marketing and PR student. I seem to spend most of my free time thinking up new ideas for blog posts, writing and taking photos. But when I’m not thinking about blogging, I’m usually playing with my two pet bunnies, listening to the 1975 or spending time with friends.
My blog ‘Clear Cut Fashion’ started when I was 16 and looking for something to do after school and over summer – but now I feel as if my blog is actually an extension of me. I’d be completely lost without it! My blog tends to focus on beauty and lifestyle but over the course of the year I hope to incorporate more outfit and style posts into the mix. Blogging has improved my confidence massively – so much so that I also hope to start a Youtube channel in a couple of months to add even more personality onto my blog and hopefully make a friend or two If I’m lucky!
