When I signed up for Birchbox I got asked what I was interested on and what I want to see in my box and what not but it seems like they completely ignored that if I'm honest. I have now been receiving BirchBox for a year and it's not very often that I am impressed with all the products. Sure, sometimes I am a bit excited than others but in general, I only end up using one or two of the five products I receive, if I use any at all. I always think to myself I'm going to cancel this subscription but then I think, but what if the next one is good? So really, it's a no win for me. For example, I really enjoyed last month's one but this month there is only one thing that I know I'll use, the rest will end up on my 'big Birchbox box' where all my samples lay untouched. I have lost count of how many moisturizers, hand creams and soaps I have.

I must admit I love this months box. Not the products, but the actual box. I am a big big big fan of Pinterest and I just think this box is super cute! It also comes with some motivation cards inside and a mirror which could come in handy. As for the products, in this month box I got:

If this was my first box I would be quite happy, but for the last year I have been receiving pretty much the same over and over. Like every month, I am going to give it another go next month and if I don't enjoy it much I think I will un-subscribe and look for a better box out there!

I feel the same way as you! I find that I get products that I didn't ask for, but yet they keep on sending them to me! And each month I still hope for more beauty products. I get a lot of hair and skin products, which isn't a bad thing - just not what I was expecting! But this was such a lovely post, and beautiful photos! xo

I unsubscribed after receiving the December box/bag, which I really disliked! I used to love Birchbox, but now I just find that I keep wasting my money! Its such a shame!Oh and by the way I love your photography, pictures look fab!
